What are you like when you’re in love? Singing love songs, and sudden smiles.

What has been the weirdest date you’ve ever been on? Hm, when we can't decide where to eat until we realized that we've been walking around for like hours.. And walking. Like, we had a really long walk that morning but we never felt so tired, plus we stay up late the night before. Haha.

Nang mabasa ko ang bagong slogan ng Department Of Tourism (DOT) na "It's more fun in the Philippines", bigla kong naisip na pa-epek na naman ng gobyerno ito o kaya'y hanggang slogan lang naman ang gobyerno. Pero nang makita ko ang kabi-kabilang tweets ng mga Pilipino - artista, ordinaryong tao at foreigner (kasi'y isa sa mga Trending Topic sa twitter ang bagong slogan na ito) Nagbago ang isip ko - tila slow motion ang nangyari sa aking pag-iisip at napalitan ito ng mga positibong pag-iisip.

At dahil doon ay nakapagtweet din ako ng:

Pero marami pa ang nakita kong magagandang tweet mula sa mga kababayan ko na tungkol sa mga pagkain, bagay, lugar, at pagtrato ng mga Pilipino sa mga dayuhan na nagpapaliwanag kung bakit "It's more fun in the Philippines".

Naalala ko na naman bigla ang plano kong libutin ang buong Pilipinas. At kapag naaalala ko yun, parang nagre-refresh ang utak ko. Nagiging positive ang mga iniisip ko, at nakakagaan sa pakiramdam, nakakawala ng stress. Pati na ang mga pagkain ng mga street foods, na gusto ko laging matikman. Hindi nakakasawa.

Kaya tila ba, ginanahan ako sa lahat ng bagay na lalo pa gawing kapaki-pakinabang ang buhay, alisin ang mga galit at palaging isa-isip na lahat ng gusto mong gawin ay kaya mo. Nakaka-inspire lang talaga, lalo na pag nakikita mong maraming tao ang mas naniniwala kesa sa hindi.

Kaya nga ba may kasabihang:

Hahaha, disgusting though but it makes even more funny because my best friend showed an expression about it and we can't stop laughing.

Day 03: Favorite Moment

Nung nagkakilala na si Nathan at Haley, at tuloy tuloy na.. Kasi sa una ay gusto pang gamitin ni Nathan si Haley para gumanti kay Lucas. Pero palaging nahuhuli ni Haley kaya lagi siyang nagagalit kay Nathan, kakaiba talaga siyang magalit kasi hindi niya kakausapin si Nathan ng ilang araw. At dahil don, bumababa ang pride ni Nathan at nagiging mabuti siyang tao hindi tulad dati nung hindi pa sila magkakilala ay gago pa sya. Sila din ang dahilan kung bakit may naniniwala
sa "true love" (siguro ay isa na ako doon), hehe.

Day 04: Favorite Female Character
Lahat ng Girls original cast ay gusto ko -

Peyton Sawyer - Matapang, wala talagang sinasanto at pinaglalaban kung ano yung alam niyang tama. Mahilig sa musika at boyish type pero 100% babae. Iingatan lahat ng taong mahal hanggang sa makakaya niya.

Brooke Davis - Maganda, kayang gawin lahat ng bagay, leader, follower, mapaglaro pero loyal sa totoong minamahal dahil sobra siyang magbigay kapag nagmahal na. Mabuting kaibigan, siya na siguro yung pinakama-sentimental na tao sa lahat ng character.

Karen Roe - Matapang at mabuting ina, naitaguyod ang kaisang isang anak na si Lucas ng magisa at naniniwala sa kabutihan ng mga tao. Iingatan niya ang mga taong mahal niya at ipaglalaban ang kung anong alam niyang tama. "Cool mom" hindi siya maka-bagets pero nakikisakay siya kay Lucas. Napakamaintindihin at mas iniisip pa ang kapakanan ng anak kaysa sarili.

Haley James - Prim and proper, masipag - nagtatrabaho at nagaaral at nangunguna pa sa klase. Importante ang dignidad sa kanya at lahat ng bagay ay sineseryoso niya, isang tao lang ang minahal niya at mapagmahal na kaibigan. Hindi nangiiwan at hindi agad sumusuko.

Day 05: Least Favorite Female Character

Rachel Gatina - Least favorite kasi okay naman siya, mabait at mapagmahal sa mga kaibigan. May pagkapasaway lang talaga minsan dahil inaagaw niya si Lucas kay Brooke, naging boyfriend niya si Cooper na tito ni Nathan, at nung tinakwil na siya ni Cooper dahil nga highschool pa lang siya at matanda na si Cooper, si Nathan naman ang pinuntirya niya. Hanggang sa nag-away sila ni Haley dahil don at naging okay na rin naman. At naging magbest friend sila ni Brooke nung nagkakagulo sila ni Peyton at ng family niya, si Rachel ang tumulong kay Brooke. Naging matalik na kaibigan rin siya ni Mouth.

Day 06: Favorite Male Character
Lucas Scott! Haha. Hindi, gusto ko lahat ng bidang lalake (para naman patas sa mga babae) :))

Lucas Scott - Ang pinaka mabait sa lahat! Mabait na anak, na best friend, na kapatid, na boyfriend, na kaibigan, na classmate at kahit kaaway ka pa niya mabait din siya sa'yo. Napakamapagkumbaba at responsable. Kahit marami siyang naging partner sa One Tree Hill ay iisa lang naman talaga ang tunay niyang minamahal. Tulad ng iba, mahalaga rin sa kanya ang mga kaibigan, ayaw niyang inaargabyado ang mga ito. Dahil kung may nanakit sa mga kaibigan niya ay siya mismo ang makakalaban nila.

Nathan Scott - Sa una ay gago pa siya at walang pakialam sa ibang tao o kahit kanino. Isa lang ang kanyang iniisip lagi - basketball. Siya ang pinakamagaling magbasketball sa Tree Hill, kaya naman marami na siyang nakasamang babae at sunud-sunuran ang mga kaibigan niya sa kanya. Pero nawala na ang lahat ng pagloloko niya nung nakilala na niya si Haley James. Hindi talaga maiiwasan na hindi maisama si Haley sa kwento ng buhay niya dahil ito lang ang taong nakapagpabago sa kanya.

Keith Scott - Tito ni Lucas at Nathan, isang mabuting tao na gumagawa ng mabuti para sa kanyang kapwa. Kahit lagi siyang iniinis ng kapatid niyang si Dan Scott, lagi niya lang itong sinasakyan. At iisa lang din ang taong minahal niya noon pa. Kasama siya ni Karen sa pagpapalaki kay Lucas kaya naging mabuting tao rin si Lucas. Siya rin ang nagsabi kay Coach Whitey na isama si Lucas sa team ng Tree Hill High kung saan number 1 varsity si Nathan.

Whitey Durahm - Si Coach. Ang pinakamagaling na Coach sa balat ng lupa. (OA. Haha) Kasi naman, para na siyang tatay ng lahat. Hindi siya nawawalan ng maibibigay na advice sa lahat ng lumapit sa kanya. Nagiisa na lamang siya sa buhay pero hindi mapapansin dahil marami ang nagmamahal sa kanya.

Jake Jagielski - Isa pang hunk ng One Tree Hill, basketball player, singer at ama ni Jenny. Naging partner rin siya ni Peyton Sawyer. Gusto ko sana ang tandem nila pero meant to be talaga sina Lucas at Peyton.

Mouth Mcfadden - Ang isa sa mga naging matalik na kaibigan ni Lucas nuong hindi pa ito nakakapasok sa varsity at hindi pa nagiging sikat sa school. Napakabuti at disiplinadong kaibigan. Una niyang nagustohan si Brooke pero kapatid lamang at matalik na kaibigan ang turing niya rito. Pero hindi naging hadlang yun para ipagpatuloy ang pakikipagkaibigan nila. Hanggang nahanap na rin niya ang taong para sa kanya sa bandang season 6 ng One Tree Hill.

Day 07: Least Favorite Male Character

Sa tingin ko lahat ng fanatic ng One Tree Hill ay si Dan Scott ang pinaka ayaw nila. Kasi napaka-douche bag ng isang 'to. Pero para sa'kin, hindi ko siya pinaka-ayaw, least favorite lang. Okay naman din ang character na 'to kasi kung hindi dahil sa kanya e hindi magiging ganun katapang at ka determinado yung mga bida. May nagawa siyang masama dahil napatay niya ang kapatid niya, pero nagsisisi siya sa ginawa niya at hindi na umaasa pang papatawarin siya ng lahat ng tao sa Tree Hill. Nilamon lang siya ng kayabangan niya pero may munting ugali pa rin siya na mabuti. Nakita ko iyon nung hinawakan niya ang mga apo niya.

Day 08: Favorite Couple

Brooke Davis and Julian Baker - Wala lang. Haha. E kasi sobrang sweet nila, at si Julian talagang binibigay lahat ng gusto ni Brooke at todo suporta siya. Kahit nagkaproblem sila dati na may posibilidad na hindi magkaanak si Brooke, pinalakas pa rin ni Julian ang loob niya. Mas gusto ko ang couple na 'to nung kasama pa nila si Sam. Ang foster child ni Brooke, pinatino din kasi ni Brooke ang buhay ng batang iyon at parang pamilya na talaga sila. Sayang nga kasi napaalis na si Sam sa One Tree Hill.

Mouth and Millie - Gusto ko sila kasi meant to be talaga at nakakakilig din sila. Yun nga lang, ayoko nung medyo gitnang storya nila kasi naiba ng landas si Millie at nagmukang tanga lang at nasaktan si Mouth dahil sa mga ginagawa ni Millie. Pero syempre dahil din don ay mas naging matatag ang pagsasama nilang dalawa. Maswerte nga si Millie kay Mouth dahil masaklap talaga ang kasalanan ni Millie at kahit ako hindi ko mapapatawad ang gagawa sa'kin non. Positibo pa rin ang vibes ng dalawang ito.

Peyton and Lucas - Sino ba namang hindi maaantig sa dalawang ito? Haha. Kasi naman, ang dami dami na nilang napagdaanan sa buhay. In love si Lucas kay Peyton since 3rd grade pa lang sila at hindi alam ni Peyton yun dahil High School na sila nagkakilala. Hanggang sa magiging sila na sana pero nasingitan pa ni Brooke, tapos nung naging sila na, third party naman ang peg kaya hindi rin tumalab. Hindi nila magawang magbalikan ulit dahil nasasaktan si Brooke, dahil si Lucas ang first love ni Brooke at best friend naman siya ni Peyton. Pero nung senior high na sila, naging sila na. At hanggang college, nang biglang nagpropose si Lucas pero hindi pa handa si Peyton kaya nag-hindi muna siya na na-misunderstood ni Lucas at iniwan siya. Matagal tagal rin bago naging sila ulit, nagkaroon pa muna ng bagong girlfriend si Lucas at muntik ng ikasal. Hanggang sa naging okay na rin si Lucas at nakipagbalikan na kay Peyton, at naging mahirap ang pagbubuntis ni Peyton, pero sa huli ay lumaban pa rin siya para sa kanyang pamilya at nailabas na rin si Sawyer Brooke Scott. Number 1 loveteam ng One Tree Hill.

Nathan and Haley - Simply because their love doesn't alter.

Day 09: Least Favorite Couple

Karen and Keith

Wala! Hmm. Wala akong maisip. Si Karen and Andy sana pero happy ending din naman sila. Nakakakilig din kahit na si Keith talaga ang tunay na mahal ni Karen. Pero nung namatay na si Keith, inalagaan ni Andy si Karen pati na rin ang anak nila Keith na si Lily.

Day 02: Favorite Episode

I think too hard about it because there are so many I can't choose. So I'll pick the first thing came into my mind which is..

That episode where Lucas and Nathan was pushed out of the team bus by Whitey because of their childish war. And got three stupid players from other team that making fun of them off. Hahaha, "thing, thing 1 and thing 3 because he's the 3rd", really made me laugh the most. In this episode, is the first time the two boys both agreed in a decision to fight the enemies and Nathan opened up a story he can't forget and makes Lucas realize that he should be thankful of not growing up beside Dan.

Then Brooke got injured, she takes 12 tablets of pills that makes her high and make friends with Haley -- which her service already left and has no choice but to hitch with Peyton and Brooke. Btw, tipsy-Brooke insist that Haley should go with them and she changed Haley's name into Brooke.
Peyton and Haley already got each other because they both love the same type of music, and they talk about stuffs like Peyton is Nathan's ex and Lucas is Haley's bestfriend. While Brooke is still tipsy and sleepy on the backseat. Suddenly Brooke's car has run out of gas, Haley and Peyton agreed that they'll go back for the gasoline station. When they got back, Brooke is in conscious and asks Peyton why Haley is on her car and if they're already friends.

While Lucas and Nathan beat the three stupids, they walk back and wish their luck to find someone that can hitch them to Tree Hill. And the girls coincidentally saw them and vice versa asking the same thing -- "Why they're together?"

So Lucas and Nathan seat back right beside Brooke with no talking at all -- awkward moment.

And got back, in school, when Haley thought Brooke and Peyton would greet her but they didn't and got disappointed.

Every night is another story.

Day 01 Favorite Season - 30 days of One Tree Hill

Before answering this, I would like to say that all of the seasons of One Tree Hill were truly the best of the best. But since I am obliged to answer this, I think my favorite season is Season 4.


Haley and Nathan Scott has their baby

It's the sad but happy ending of High School. The season where they graduated, won the state championship, Haley got pregnant and gives signal of having a baby in the middle of her speech on Graduation Day.
Lucas realizes that Peyton is the one that he loves to be beside him for the rest of his life. Lucas and Peyton get back together. Brooke got Chase. Dan protected Nathan from the crime.
But eventually, Nathan wasn't really the reason of Daunte's death.

When Lucas realizes that Peyton is the one for him

Psycho Derek was there, it seems that he really did terrible and harmful to Peyton, but since then, Peyton and Brooke rekindle their friendship. Lucas was so obsessed to solve Keith's case, thinking that Dan is the suspect. While Karen is also pregnant and Dan is taking care of her but Lucas disagrees.

Brooke admitted her insecurities

Brooke and Rachel became close friends and even joined the TeenClean group. Brooke stole something for calculus in tutor's section where Haley is to blame, she admits to everyone that makes Haley so mad, Chase is not giving her attention anymore and Rachel got expelled but their principal still gives her diploma.

While Lucas is unsure about his college, because basketball is not for him anymore, and Nathan too, Haley came to Whitey to help her husband. Whitey called every Basketball coach that he knows to recommend Nathan, but it seems so impossible because of Nathan's confession about Daunte. Still, Whitey is Whitey, no problems are not solved in his hands. He made a decision to apply as a Professional coach in college and take Nathan to have the scholarship, and also Lucas to take the assistant coach course. Dan is in jail for admitting he killed Keith.

True friendship, stays always and forever.

Lucas, Peyton, Brooke, Mouth, Skills, Haley, Nathan, Rachell, Bevin and Chase went to the big party for the new seniors of Tree Hill High, the girls dance "If you wanna be my lover, you gotta get with my friends.. lalala" and they go to the legendary River Court, and made a promise that no one leaves, friends forlife, always and forever and til kingdom come. :)

Saying Goodbye to a Family Member

Last week, my favorite characters of One Tree Hill (all of them) whom I've been following on Twitter for so long, started tweeting their goodbyes to One Tree Hill show.

One Tree Hill is my favorite show EVER! Everyone can tell that, even my sisters got annoyed when I download One Tree Hill every freakin' time. I still can't believe it's over, some part of me thinking about "what if CW grant another season" or "what if they're finally talking about the movie" I don't want it to die. But of course, as what James Lafferty (as Nathan Scott) said: "I feel like I’ve really grown up in Wilmington, [N.C.], but I certainly can’t stay there forever. It’s like leaving your parents’ house: It’s got to happen at some point, you’ve got to graduate,”

It has been a big part of my life. And even though I'm so dependent to Brooke Davis, I know I have to stand and make decisions on my own. :)

3. What’s your favorite episode of 4? Hm, Season 7 Episodes 1 and 2, it's the worst day for Seattle Grace Hospital's employees. There have been shooting, and friends died. Employees having hard time to move on after that day. But it gives lessons for everyone.

Grey's Anatomy is the most intelligent, twisted and screwed (in a good way, lol). And Life Unexpected is the most unexpected of all. :P Different kind of stories that will surely give you more lessons about life.

She's my partner in crime, my love, my superfriend and worst enemy. Haha. She's the one who can only understand my mood swings, she knows already if I'm pissed or not in the mood. She's genius and a give-it-all lover. She might be a snob all the time, but when she shows her affection to somebody, you can see a different side of her. She's not the type of person that always talk about her life, I may not know all about her problems but I can feel when she's having a hard time and what she's going through.

Received this text earlier from Aillyn or my baby Aillyn. Gulat at lungkot kaagad ang naramdaman ko nung mareceive ko 'to. Kahit na hinihintay nalang namin kung kailan talaga ang alis niya. Hindi ko inaakalang bukas na agad.

Balak pa namin dapat magkita ngayong week na 'to para sa simpleng despedida niya na kaming dalawa lang ang magkasama, hehe. Wala na ring oras na magkita ngayon dahil nasa Manila pa siya at 7:20am ang alis niya bukas na bukas din.

Hindi maiaalis sa'kin na maging malungkot dahil isa siya sa mga naging sobrang malapit sa'kin. Ang dami na rin naming napagsamahan na hinding hindi ko makakalimutan.

Naalala ko dati, aayusin ko yung mga ginamit naming utensils sa Chefs On Parade, at wala akong nahagilap na pwedeng tumulong sa'kin kundi siya lang. Sobrang bait, tapos naging bonding moment na namin mag-ayos nun, tapos naging magkasama na kami sa buong maghapon, dapat bibili pa kami ng Mer-nel's Cake nun at kakainin namin pero naubusan kami kaya nagbalat nalang kami. Haha. Walang katapusang chikahan at tawanan.

My Birthday 2010

Pwede na ba yan? Hehe. Napa-WOW naman ako nun nabasa kong ito na ang kasunod na ipopost ko. Hm, wala namang espesyal sa kaarawan ko. Pag nga tumatama yan araw na yan, naiisip ko nalang na basta dapat kasama ko mga kaibigan ko sa araw na yan, basta dapat magiinom kami ng walang humpay. At basta dapat walang panira ng araw. :))

Nun huling kaarawan ko ay kasama ko lang ang kaibigan kong sina Myca at Antho sa FebFair. Tapos paikot ikot nang biglang may lumapit samin na baka daw may gusto kaming batiin para sa Araw ng mga puso.. Dinedma lang namin yon kasi nagiisip kami kung saan kami pwede magstay, ayaw pa kasi umuwi nun dalawa at gusto pang maginom. Haha. Edi ayon bigla namang bumati sila ng ganyan, natuwa naman ako tapos biglang may fireworks na lumabas. Haha, parang feeling ko para sakin talaga lahat. 12:02am na ata nun ng feb 13 e.

Hindi ko siguro makakalimutan toh, ewan kasi medyo memorable lang naman. Naginom kami mga 2am kila Hazel naman, inabala pa namin talaga! E kasi wala talaga kaming mahanap na place. :))

Hanggang 6am kami nagiinom, nalasing pa si Antho at nagddrama na minamaliit daw ng mga Engineering Students ang mga HRM, hehe. Wakoma-say!

Tapos may exam kami sa Cuisine kaya mga isang oras lang tulog ko paguwi, tapos inaral ang recipe at pumasok na. Sabay wala palang prof. Bugnot. Sana itinulog ko nalang. Tapos nagyaya ulit sila magFebfair. Ilibot ko naman daw sila at ako ang taga LB, e odi sige go lang kahit dami kong bitbit at pagod na mga paa ko. Di na nga ko halos makangiti nun.

7pm naguwian na. Pero hindi pa yun pahinga para sakin, nagayos agad ako dahil may swimming kami ng mga Calamba friends ko. Grabe, hindi lang naman sumipot si bf nun panahong yun. Saklap. So birthday ko e araw din ng break up namin.

Mega inuman kami, sumuka na’t lahat. Sige pa rin. Haha. Hanggang sa nalaman ko nalang nakatulog na ko ng 2am nang magising ako ng 6am. Parang nanghinayang ako, nanghinayang ako sa isang bote ng alak na natira.

Ayun, medyo masaya. Ayos lang. Nun kinagabihan ang daming disappointments. Naisip ko nalang na sana pala e pumirmi nalang ako sa bahay, mas masaya sana.

Oh well, basta dapat next year. May parte ang pamilya sa pinakaimportante pero hindi ka-espesyal na araw ko. Ano raw?!

May ibang mas mahalaga para sa kanila ang sasabihin ng ibang tao kaya't ayaw magbukas ng problema.Meron ding mas galante sa mga kaibigan o organisasyon kaysa sa sariling pamilya. At meron ding gagawin ang lahat para lang manatili pa rin ang nakasanayang paggastos ng pamilya kahit na hindi siya tinutulungan nito at kahit ilegal na ang kinakapitan niya. At syempre, merong porke't hindi napagbigyan, ay magdadamot na rin para lang makaganti o para maiparamdam sa kapamilya niya ang bigat ng loob niya.

Walang nakakapansin sa sarili nila na may mali silang ginagawa. Pero hanggang kailan matatapos itong pagkasakiman, pagmamataas, paghihiganti at pagdadamot sa isa't isa?

Sabi nila, ang ikauunlad daw ng bansa ay nagsisimula sa sarili at sa loob ng pamamahay. Ngayon alam ko na kung bakit hindi pa rin maunlad ang ating bansa.

It was Friday, after lunch when my friends and I were at the Hotel Laboratory. Our Chef, Mr. Raygan Salandanan was there and talking about Chefs on Parade. He was the one who is responsible for choosing of the students to participate on the coming event. Obviously, we were all excited about the event and wanted to be chosen. Chef Raygan considered Myca as one of the participants because she won on one of the categories of Letran’s participation from Lipa, Batangas competition with KC Lat. Chef Raygan chosen me as one of the participants because the Plated Dessert category needs two (2) participants.

Surprised and yet excited, mixed feelings as they say. I was so happy because I know this will going to work out because Myca is my friend and we can do it together. So our coaches, Chef Raygan and Sir Alex Cecilio told us that we should start searching for different kinds of desserts as indicated from the mechanics. During Christmas vacation, we start searching and creating ideas so, to be checked by Chef Raygan.

It was so late that we actually forgot that we still have to submit our application form with the recipes and pictures of the desserts. It did actually made us panic, because we really have to make a real dessert for food pictorial to send to Chefs on Parade. Fortunately, we were considered as one of the participants and submit the requirements on the right time.

Then finally, we start canvassing, creating drafts of our desserts, searching for more like sauces, sugar designs, chocolates, and many more. We went to Chocolate Lovers in Cubao, Quezon to look for chocolates, designs, baking pans, baking accessories like molders, sprinklers, etc. We were so amazed about everything we saw right there. We couldn’t actually choose what we are going to buy because there are a lot of good things that can helps us made this project successful. Same time when we were at the Gourdo’s to buy some chinaware like plates to help our dessert looks good and pleasing in the eyes. There are also a lot of decorations and a lot of ideas flashing in our minds. It was an incredible experience.

It was a rush, but I can say we are prepared. Everyone has been very supportive to us. Our coaches are always there to guide us and we are always allowed to stay in the Hotel Laboratory for practice.

The night before the day of our battle, I still can’t believe its happening. Like I wanted to be invisible or evaporate just like that because of nervousness. I’ve been reminding myself if I forgot something, what I will have to do, and most of all – to relax. Well, you can’t blame me; this was my very first time to be a participant on this kind of event and of course outside the school.

We arrived at the Mall Of Asia SMX at 6:00 in the morning and the competition starts at 11:00 am. Since we are early birds, we have more time to prepare, taking pictures and explore the whole area.

Around 9:00am, our coaches told us to get ready and look for our competition area. Then when we were there at the CA2 where the competition will be held and we found out that the electric stove was not provided. We panicked, and ask the person-in-charge of that event if we were able to provide the stove. Because it is not written on the mechanics that we have to bring our own stove so we were shocked that time. But of course, my partner was very versatile and she has her mom to go there and bring the stove, glad we’re saved.

The Chef-in-charge in our category Plated Dessert category also gives all participants a quick orientation, told us the rules and reminded us to always smile that gives me courage and confidence. It actually lessens my nervous.

Starting time! Inhale, exhale and don’t panic. Myca and I already talked about what we have to do and what will be the first thing to do. We should never forget to change and put our disposable gloves, and put all wastes to garbage. That’s what our coaches’ always telling, sanitation first.

We didn’t encounter problems during the competition, just a little misunderstanding but eventually we solved it. We finished on time and made our desserts look better and tastes better on time. During the competition, I looked on the audience twice and I didn’t saw our coaches, maybe I was just blind that time and my mind was focused on the desserts but my partner says that they were there watching us.

I think the judges like our desserts but not completely attain their standards, and that is why we didn’t get the award. But we really doesn’t feel loser, hey! We did our best. Happened to be a participant on that big event, like it’s nationwide and having those competitors from high colleges is like a winner to me. All of them, Lyceum, CCA, St. Benilde, and other participants were all good!

We’ve met so many people around and even got friends along, we saw how good our competitors are, we did our best and most of all, we enjoyed it. And that feeling when you saw the people taking pictures of your work, incredible. It was a very amazing experience for us. So for me, we’re still winners.

Surprisingly, I have searched Chefs on Parade from a well known social networking site – Tumblr. And I saw this picture:

This is one of our desserts, I saw this in one of the site of a stranger that obviously went to the Chefs on Parade Day 3.

I think this experience is one of the highlights for me this year. I will never forget those almost sleepless nights, running because of the requirements on rush, our being an early bird that day (I think it became Letranista’s trademark), will never forget the taste of glutinous rice too! All of it and everyone who has been part of it.

And every time I see this picture, I got chills.

I would also like to thank our Coaches, Chef Raygan Salandanan for teaching us and never run out of advice, I’ve learned so much from you Chef. And of course Sir Alex Cecilio who never get tired of checking and updating us and always been taking care and supporting us. To my partner, Myca Formaran. It’s been a rough road for us but still we have that smile on our faces and achieved what we have to do and I will forever be thankful to you as my partner. Your ideas had taught me a lot. And to our friends that has been always there for us, thank you. And to our God Almighty, thank you for this blessing. I will never forget the lessons I’ve learned during those times.

420 or 4/20 (pronounced four-twenty) refers to consumption of cannabis and, by extension, a way to identify oneself with cannabis subculture. The notable day for these is April 20. Source.

The term was allegedly coined by a group of teenagers, most notably Parker Haney, in San Rafael, California in 1971. Calling themselves the Waldos, because “their chosen hang-out spot was a wall outside the school,” the group first used the term in connection to a fall 1971 plan to search for an abandoned cannabis crop that they had learned about. The Waldos designated the Louis Pasteur statue on the grounds of San Rafael High School as their meeting place, and 4:20 p.m. as their meeting time. The Waldos referred to this plan with the phrase “4:20 Louis”. Multiple failed attempts to find the crop eventually shortened their phrase to simply “4:20”, which ultimately evolved into a codeword the teens used to mean pot-smoking in general.

There is also a known myth that in 1976, a group of friends from Shrewsbury, Massachusetts had decided to go to smoke a world record amount of marijuana and then travel to LazerZone. Smoking - one of the leading causes of respiratory and cardiovascular diseases in the world. Yet, still many of us are indulging in smoking cigarettes and tobaccos.

Stress in our lives, nicotine addiction, peer pressure, or just trying to look cool and going with the trend, are some of the major reasons why smokers find it so hard to quit.

Risks and Effects of Smoking

Did you know that every cigarette you consume is equal to six minutes of your life?

It’s no surprise that cigarette smoking is dangerous to your health. The smoke of the cigarette contains almost 4,000 chemicals, and the majority of these chemicals are toxic to the body!

Let’s name some of these harmful chemicals.

Nicotine, which is the primary chemical in cigarettes, gives a relaxing effect to the person inhaling it. This chemical causes the addictive effect in smoking cigarettes. But did you know that it can travel so fast (10 seconds) to the brain and be deposited on the tissues and cells as well as to other parts of the body.
Carbon monoxide, a toxic gas, attaches to hemoglobin, preventing the cell to carry large amount of oxygen. This may cause decreased perfusion to the tissues and organs of the body, thus, bringing fatigue to the smoker’s body.
Carcinogen (benzo-a pyrene) damages the genes of the body that is responsible for cell growth, causing them to proliferate abnormally (tumors).

Smoking affects the function of the immune system, and that’s why smokers are more prone to infections and disease.

Smoking also creates plaque deposits in the lining of the blood vessels, causing atherosclerosis. This may lead to cardiovascular diseases like myocardial infarction or heart failure.

The most common effects of habitual smoking are COPD or chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases. The two leading COPDs are chronic bronchitis and emphysema. These are irreversible conditions and may require palliative measures when diagnosed later in life and treatment is provided.

A Crazy Little Thing Called Love - Wooooo!! Best Movie so far.. Hahaha. Funny, romantic, has love lessons, and not just all about love between couples, but also love with friends and family. Very naive and very gentle movie. While watching this movie, it feels like I'm just 14 years old because of the kilig moments. I will recommend to all of you this movie. So worth it.

This love story is between two same guys, if you're too fussy to watch this because you're loathsome or hate man to man relationship, then don't watch this movie. People who'll watch this requires understanding. By this, you can't just make fun of the third sex but to accept them as what they are. This is very modest movie.

Hello Stranger, I love this too. Syempre love story! :)) This movie is about strangers who both agreed that no real name calling, met in Korea for a tour. They both don't want to know each other's name until they're back to Thailand. Interesting movie, if you want to know what's their real names, then go watch it! ;)

Life Unexpected

Isa lang naman ang dahilan kung bakit ko pinagtyagaang panoodin tong series na to. Syempre dahil nag-One Tree Hill Crossover sila. Nag-guest si Hayley James-Scott at Mia Catalano sa Life Unexpected. At talagang sinimulan ko ang series panoodin para mahuli sila.

Masasabi kong sa una hindi ko ito gusto. Napakachildish kasi ng mga tao. Lalo na si Cate Cassidy, lahat ng maliliit na problema pinapalaki niya. Puro argue nalang lagi ang episodes nila which is mas nakaka-stress sa manonood at hindi ko maiwasang i-compare sa One Tree Hill na napakapositive ng mga tao.

Pero netong week, I spent my whole time watching Season 2 at talaga namang nagustohan ko. Ang daming twist, marami pa ring argue scene pero nagma-mature na yun mga character. Naiiyak na rin ako sa drama nila, at nakita ko na yun episode na nag-guest sina Hayley at Mia, wa wents pala.

Expect the unexpected. Yan talaga lesson sa series na to, akala mo yun na pero hindi pala.

Tapos ang ganda ng ending, sabi na nga ba’t sina Cate at Baze din magkakatuluyan bandang huli. Malungkot for Ryan’s part pero that’s life. So happy for Tasha dahil straight na hair niya. Hehe, maganda naman din kahit super curl. Naging valedictorian pa si Lux na siyang bida dito. Nakakaiyak, super happy ending. Mamimiss ko na naman ang series na sinubaybayan ko.

Tapos patapos na rin ang One Tree Hill, at hindi pa sure ang season 9. Hay, makapagsearch na ng 90210. :))

Gandaaaaa!

Been watching this for a week and I can say that this show is not the type of show that anyone can love or can have the same ratings with Glee. But it actually captured my heart. Savanah’s optimistic and religious, Marti’s brave and a very good friend, Louise is such a supportive friend and will always have your back no matter what and Alice, the antagonist but will never let her team/friends down and will always fight for what’s right and for the best.

Will surely wait for more episodes, but not that much updated.

Agusto - Buwan ng Wika - Espesyal na post.

Wala namang espesyal sa kaarawan ko. Pag nga tumatama yan araw na yan, naiisip ko nalang na basta dapat kasama ko mga kaibigan ko sa araw na yan, basta dapat magiinom kami ng walang humpay. At basta dapat walang panira ng araw. :))

Nun huling kaarawan ko ay kasama ko lang ang kaibigan kong sina Myca at Antho sa FebFair. Tapos paikot ikot nang biglang may lumapit samin na baka daw may gusto kaming batiin para sa Araw ng mga puso. Dinedma lang namin yon kasi nagiisip kami kung saan kami pwede tumambay, ayaw pa kasi umuwi nun dalawa at gusto pang maginom. Haha. Edi ayon sabi ko batiin nila ko dito, haha (scripted pala) natuwa naman ako tapos biglang may fireworks na lumabas. Haha, parang feeling ko para sakin talaga lahat. 12:02am na ata nun ng feb 13 e.

Hindi ko siguro makakalimutan 'to. Naginom kami mga 2am kila Hazel naman, inabala pa namin talaga! E kasi wala talaga kaming mahanap na place. :))

Hanggang 6am kami nagiinom, nalasing pa si Antho at nagddrama na minamaliit daw ng mga Engineering Students ang mga HRM, hehe. Wakoma-say!

Oh well, basta dapat next year. May parte ang pamilya sa pinakaimportante pero hindi ka-espesyal na araw ko. Tama? :)

I just noticed that it’s not so nice to have/had more boyfriends. Wala lang, feeling ko kasi pag ganon e hindi ka na nagmamahal, you’re just collecting and make everybody thinks that you are pretty if you have more boyfriend.

I have this common friend that's always saying that "He's the one." Whenever she has new boyfriend. But when it doesn't work out, she'll find another as soon as she can.

Why always entertain a new lover in your life if you can’t give him/her all the love in the world? You know.. If love is true, pain is never a reason to let go? Then if you let go, that's not love? So how can I call that? Long time infatuation?

For me, why would you say things like "I'm contented", “I want him/her to be my wife/husband”, “I wanna grow old with you”, etc. when after you broke up, you have a replacement already?

Nothing.. Too many questions.

And why would people always asks question when they not even considering my advises?

Above all, who would have a replacement after a break up with your failed 2 years relationship?

Is it that much easy? To throw all what you've been through?

At the Hayato Restaurant. Yummy pagkain, soper. The best talaga Japanese Foods. Plus gutom na gutom na kami neto. Nasa loob siya ng Lima City Hotel so free sya samin, kasi dun kami stay e. Obviously. Lol so that’s me, Janjen and Angie. Pout daw e, nakapout ba ko? :)

Sa Villa Escudero with Boga and Janjen. Merienda time! Ang merienda dito ay I forgot na, basta saging siya na parang kwek kwek na may white sugar on top. Hehe. Favorite yun ng kapatid ko. At Pineapple Juice. Puro Pineapple Juice ang sinerve samin the whole stay. Kapurga infair. :D

At the Library again, you can see Baby Girl there beside Angie. Lasing na lasing na. Haha.. Obvious naman sa face..at si Ate Jeni na namumugay na mata. Pakasaya lang.

Bottles of different liquors for flairing. May nagpakitang gilas samin nito. Galing galing. Nasa unahan lang kami nakaupo kaya ni-try namin lahat ng mix niya. :P

Bangag na daw. Katatapos lang magshow ni Boga nito. Haha, she was invited and forced(?) to sing on stage. Lahat ng students dito that time love na love siya. Super Popular. Galing niya kumanta talaga. Promise.

Finally we arrived at the Lima City Hotel. Gabi na nun, nagpunta muna kami sa Macalauan Farm, Villa Escudero and sa isa pa limot ko na. Whew, sobrang nakakapagod. Lahat kami atat nang humiga nito. After dinner syempre inuman sa kanya kanyang room. :))

After lunch. Picture picture muna sa Man-made falls. Ang cute. Boga, Me, Angie, Mj, Kitty and Sir Bo. Saya ng lunch namin kasi gutom na lahat, eat all you can pa. Kumain kami sa dahon ng saging kaya nagkagayahan na na wag na gumamit ng spoon & fork. Lahat nagkamay kahit medyo umaambon pa. Nakapaa kami lahat kasi nagfflow yun water galing sa falls, ingat nga lang dun sa ibang part kasi malumot, madulas.

I've been wishing all this time to transfer my blogs from Tumblr to Blogspot. And, I am running out of patience. I can't fix my Tumblr site anymore because it's not the Tumblr I liked anymore. Population is growing and it's getting slower because of too many posts. Especially those gifs. And now, I've decided to be more patient to copy all my personal posts from Tumblr to Blogspot instead of importing.

I know Tumblr won't be there as long as we want it. I'm just saving my personal thoughts.

This summer, I haven’t been really busy all the time. Every morning, I got this routine to check the newspaper and read straight about Horoscope. I’m not really a fan of Horoscopes and superstitions but it’s good to learn something you should look forward to everyday. Then I start following ZodiacFacts on Twitter that’s posting anything about your Zodiac sign and Xstrology (Oh well, username says it all). And it flatters me when I read something good about Aquarius (my Zodiac sign of course).

Well, they said Aquarians are:

emotionally sensitive
friendly until you start talking about love and other mushy topics
constant and faithful, and like an active sex life.

Okay sorry, I just love good words. Haha, but not every bulleted personality is good. Now I have to discuss every word.

Anyways, yes I’m a very very moody person. When I get mad, I just keep my lips sealed, because once it opened, I might speak some words that I will definitely regret when I calm down.

Generous — probably ask my friends. Private person, extreme thinker, sensitive, yes yes and yes.

Mushy topics, maybe. Lovelife, yes I am quite faithful. I get bored easily. Extreme temper, yes. I don’t think I’m contemplative person, really.

And yes, I love pushing people away. Why? Because I’m insecure with every one. Especially right now, I just found out my best friend backstabbing me. I’m not good in giving trust to anyone and once I gave it to you, you should treasure it. For me, it’s the most important, it can ruin any relationships. And if you break it, maybe I’ll forgive you, but it’s all for pity. Not for second chances.

Yes, I guess that’s all me.

Interests in Life

Last night, I was watching this i-witness episode with my sister. It’s about Korean Hallyu which means “A very popular celebrities in Korea.”

My sister got chills and was very excited to see what’s in it so we really stay tuned. We saw that the reporter already met different Korean Hallyu.

Then I said, that’s the good thing about reporters and journalists, they can travel the world. Or it can be their way of looking for some good news to report on.

And the she says, “Magreporter ka nalang!” I was shocked when I heard that from her. Then suddenly, something flashbacks into my mind.

When I was about 13 yrs old, I love this large book called “The Atlas.” Which, as you now, has the beautiful places on earth. I always love exploring that book and almost memorized it. Then my mom noticed me and she asked, “Ano ba yang pinagkakaabalahan mo?” I said I was reading this Atlas book many times already. Then she just said, “Aba, mag-Journalist ka. Tutal gusto mo gumala ng gumala.”

I just realized, last night. That Journalism was really my passion when I was a kid. I even wrote some novel when I was 15 years old. But now, I can’t find them. I love news or showbusiness news. I love to intrude into someone’s life, only if I really care about it or if his/her life is on public, like celebrities or popular people. I am a silent observer.

I am interested in many things in life. Including arts, I love doing screencaps, typographics, I love writing.. so much! I love sharing about what I experience in life.

Right now, I am a HRM student. And sometimes, I dreamt of having my own restaurant and hotel and resort. But I also dreamt about me, traveling the world, taking lots of pictures and compile it then share it to everyone about what and where I became. I also want to study Psychology because I want to study human behaviors.

I think, my writings doesn’t have appeal on some of the readers. I don’t think that if I write, it will sell. I even write without checking my grammar. Maybe, I don’t know what’s the right words to put in my writings. But I know how to write from my heart. And that’s what I’m doing, maybe, just maybe, I’ll take up Journalism.. Someday.

One Tree Hill Season 6 Finale

I am watching One Tree Hill all over again and earlier I just watched the Season 6 Final Episode. There’s a lot of reasons why you should shed a tear or tears for this episode.

First,

Lucas has a baby, and Peyton survived.
Karen is back to bring the baby to Peyton who just woke up.
Dan went to Whitey to ask for forgiveness and realizes what his worth.
Nathan got it into NBA.
Haley and Nathan surprised Jamie while watching the news that his Dad is on NBA.
Millicent will stay because she loves her boy, and Brooke gave her a job to make her really stay.
Mia got her released album and went to New York for a tour.
Chase followed her to pursue their love for each other.
Victoria realizes how wrong she is for choosing the company over her daughter and says sorry.
Brooke still gave her Mom a job in New York.
Peyton named her daughter as Sawyer Brooke Scott, Brooke was surprised and felt so happy with it.
Brooke went to L.A. to see Juliane and declare her love for him.
Nathan has his first game on NBA and Haley and Jamie watched.
And, Lucas and Peyton and Sawyer, leaves the town.

And also it’s Lucas and Peyton’s last episode for One Tree Hill. Happy because of their dreams come true, but terribly sad because they leave. Hope that there is still a comeback for them.

Yesternight was definitely one of the best nights I’ve ever had.

I saw Antho yesterday and we talked about this most talked-about swimming of my HRM-Graduating-Students friends. I really don’t want to go because I’m thinking about my unclose friends.

Then Antho forced me to join. Lol, we met at 7eleven Letran and bought some liquors as a “gift” for them and surprised my friends.

It was really fun, I will never forget their faces when they saw me outside the resort. I didn’t expect that they will accept me like that. They were so happy that I came and it even surprised me too. We’ve been apart these past few weeks and I missed them a lot. More than a lot. And also speaking of surprise, I didn’t saw there my unclosed friends. (that made my night too)

I wish I brought camera so I can capture some of the pictures, like food fights, I mean sauce fights - soy sauce, fish sauce and vinegar. Ew. And also the girls are pushing everyone else to the pool. Good thing that they love me so I’m safe and dry. :) (I really hate pools tho)

Wow. Eto lang talaga picture namin ni Nanay. Hehe, at hindi pa siya ready. Ang tagal na neto, 2007 pa yata. :)) Oh well, ayan ang Nanay ko. Kamukhang kamukha ko ba? HINDI KAYA! :P

Hindi yan marunong tumawid, kaya pag aalis ng bahay sinisiguro ko na may kasama siya. Haha, hindi actually, marunong naman kaya lang ewan ko ba.

Kahit palaging mali ang nakikita mo sa’kin, kahit minsan unfair ka, kahit minsan napakakulit mo at talaga nakakainis na. Utang ko pa rin buhay ko sa’yo. :) At dahil dun, mahal kita!

Birthday 11 Part 2

Magkukwento lang ako ng mga pangyayari sa buhay ko last week. Super saya lang kasi.

Monday, naiblog ko na.
Tuesday, mega practice namin ni Myca for COP kasi dumating si Chef, ayun okay naman. Tapos diretso sa Extreme dahil naghihintay ang bestfriends ko. Haha. 11 na ata kami nakaalis don, nagpunta naman ako sa bahay ng isa ko pang bestfriend kasi birthday niya. Inuman ulit, grabe 3am na ko nakauwi. Badshot malamang.
Wednesday, hmm. Namili lang kami ni Myca ng iba pang kailangan kasi may Mock Def sila nun at defense kinabukasan so di nakapagpractice. Sumama pakiramdam ko neto umatake ang aking UTI. Dumaan pa akong Boston Cafe para iabot sa bestfriend kong nagbirthday ang digi cam niya.
Thursday, exam ko ng 4pm tapos nagpuntang SM para mamili ulit. Tapos uwian na, may nishare na good news si Myca saken. Yun.
Friday, busy to death. Practice sa school with Chef. Namili ulit kami ni Myca tapos bumili ng maraming balat para sa pockykada. Haha, foodtrip e. At nagpractice na.
Saturday, the big day. COP day. Masaya siya, daming nakikitang nakakabusog sa mata. Daming booth. Daming cute. Daming brochure! Hahaha. Ayun, natalo kami sa Plated Dessert pero bawing bawi naman sa experience at sa mga nakilala naming tao dun. Salamat sa kanilang lahat. :)
Sunday.. Eto na! Pahinga ako kasi galing akong overnight e. Kaya tulog until 2pm. Tapos kain, ligo at gumora sa Extreme para i-meet sina Angie, Antho at Vin. Sarado pala ang Extreme pag sunday kaya lumipat kami sa Tita Sally’s. Ang saya lang! Hahaha. Daming trip tapos puro kantahan. Natuto na kong kumanta sa Videoke. Nag-aagawan na kami! Tapos binati pa ko nung banda ng bar at kinantahan pa. How nice. :)

Namumula pala ko pag sa beer, hehe. :)

1am na ata kami nakaalis dun, hinatid pa namin si Angie. Haha. Laughtrip lang.

Wow 15 na feeling ko birthday ko pa rin.. Hehe, may mga pahabol na bati parin at gifts. Nakakatuwa lang at nakakagaan sa pakiramdam.

Kanina..

2pm nagpunta na kong school, at katext si Kat na imi-meet ko agad pagkatungtong sa school. Pero sinabi niyang pupunta sya sa SM kasama sila Shereen at Aillyn, mauuna na daw sila kasi ang layo ko pa. Kawawa naman ako.

Ayun, pagdating sa school, nagpaprint ulit ako ng copy ng Reg Form ko tapos ay tumambay sa Hlab ng halos isang oras. Nakakapanis ng laway at nakakapagod ngumiti ng ngumiti para bumati sa mga kakilala.

Tapos na-bored na ko, ang tagal kasi magreply ni Kat at wala na rin akong katext, pinuntahan ko muna yun prof ko at tinignan ang room na di naman pala magkaklase.

Edi ayun nagpunta muna akong comp shop para magpalipas ng oras, balak ko na umuwi nalang o magpunta kahit saan kasi medyo naiinis na ko sa tagal.

Hanggang sa nagtext na si Kat at pabalik na ng school, nakasalubong ko sila sa gate. Nainis pa ko kasi balak ko magpabili ng cake kasi ibibigay ko sana kay Aillyn tapos may dala pa silang cake. Tapos sabi pa ni Shereen na para daw sa mga judge yun so okay.

Nung nasa Hlab na kami, pagopen ng cake, okay naman Happy Birthday Dada ang nakalagay. Haha, natuwa talaga ako at na-touch. Di ko ineexpect na may pahabol pang ganyan. Tsaka kasi nauna na yun celebration namin para sa Birthday ko.

Maraming maraming salamat sa aking mga kaibigan talaga. Saka ko na ipopost yun nangyari nun birthday ko kasi medyo mahaba. Hehe, ang saya! :)

Kamusta ang Valentine’s Day ko? Well ayun, agang aga emotera.

Kumain ng pinakafavorite kong spaghetti sa buong mundo, pumasok sa school ng 1pm. Tapos hindi nakakuha ng exam dahil nilinis ko pa yung ginamit namin nung COP. Thanks to Aillyn nga pala, sayang may Mernel’s Cake kanina sa school. Di ako nakabili, naubusan na kasi. Bibigyan ko sana si Aillyn bilang aking munting pasasalamat. Bukas nalang. :)

Tapos ay nagpunta sa school ng bestfriend ko, bilang hindi ko siya nasipot kahapon dahil birthday ko at binilhan niya pala ako ng gift, na-guilty naman ako. Kaya ni-treat ko siya, Jobee nalang para malapit, saglit lang vacant niya e. At nitry ang Coke Float ng Jobee, parang akong nagi-guilty sa pagorder ng float nila, feeling ko nagtataksil ako sa Mcdo. Pero the best pa din Mcdo, promise.

After nun, ayun yosi mode sa tambayan nila. Tapos wala silang class ng 6pm kaya mega tambay tapos nun 7pm na, tinatamad pa kong umuwi. Kaya nagsit in ako sa class niya. Hahaha, bongga, school sit in na ginawa ko no. Nalusot sa guard at buti naman hindi ako napansin ng nagtataray na prof ng aking bestfriend. Hehe, saya lang. Ang kukulit ng mga classmates niya.

Tapos ay nagaway sila ng bf niya kaya naman di na tuloy ang plano nilang magpunta sa FebFair kaya naman kami nalang ang nagpunta, nagulat ako pagdating sa lugar nila, bati saken ng mga Neo dun “Lady Master” wow Lady Master na ko! Haha, natuwa naman ako kaya plano kong umattend ng finals nila sa Sunday.

At ayun, nagpalit lang ng damit si Fati tapos umuwi muna din ako nagpalit ng damit. Tapos gora na sa FebFair. Saya, alive na alive ang FebFair ngayon. Daming ingay, daming cute, daming magbf/gf! Kakainis. At daming jejemon! Hahahaha.

First time ko makasakay ng Caterpillar na maikli, hehe. Nakakabitin lang po. Gusto ko itry yun ferris wheel. Pero ayaw naman ni Fati kaya sayang lang. Tapos ayun first time ko rin pumirma sa notebook ng Neo bilang isang Lady Master. Hahaha. Ayun tapos mega lakad, syempre alam mo naman sa UP, uso ang lakaran. At nakauwi narin.

Salamat at naging masaya naman ang Valentine’s Day ko.

P.S. Nakita ko si Mark kanina, ang gwapo lang niya ngayon. Kaso umuwi naman agad, sayang! Papakipot pa kasi siya e. Hehe.

Birthday 11 Part 1

February 11, 2011 pa lang ay nagcelebrate na kami ni Myca, Kat, She, Boga, Aillyn, Ma'am Irish at Chef Raygan ng birthday ko. Paano? Eto..

Nagpunta muna kami ni Myca sa palengke nun para mamili pa ng ibang kailangan namin para sa COP na gaganapin na kinabukasan. Tapos nung pagbalik namin sa school, binilhan ko sila ng balat at proven ng worth P200 ata yun. Pati ng 1.5 coke, grabe yun ang inupak namin habang nagpapractice.

Ang practice namin nun araw na yun e umabot pa ng 9pm na. Nakakaloka. Pero ayun natapos na din naman lahat ng kailangan. Thank God.

Naging masaya naman kahit papaano ang advance celebration ng birthday ko. :)

At first, I don’t know if I would enjoy,
I kept on thinking, “I don’t want to go.”
Knowing that I don’t have friends out there,
Thought it will become my worst nightmare.

But when I stepped on that place,
I felt the warm welcome through their face.
And when I met the family,
I show shyness but deep inside, happy.

Every stress and depression I’m going through,
It’s gone whenever I look at the view
Of the rainbow, mountain, river and farm
It feels like there’s no harm.

Those beautiful smiles I would never forget,
And the smell of farm animals I don’t accept
Will surely be one of the memories I’ll treasure
Because staying in that place is a pleasure.

“Nagiinarte lang naman yan.”

Ayoko sa lahat yun sinasabihan ako ng ganto, para kasing sinabihan ako na napakapaimportante ko e. Nainis talaga ko nun sinabihan ako neto dati, di mawala sa isip ko. Kaya kung gusto niyo akong inisin, sabihan mo ko neto.

Pag sinabi kong “Ayoko” or “Next time nalang.” Hindi ibig sabihin nagiinarte na ko o nagpapaimportante. Meron sigurong dahilan sa likod ng mga salita ko diba, pwedeng hindi ko feel o nahihiya ako. Sobrang mahiyain ako at tahimik lang. Bihira bumunganga, kapag super close na talaga.

Kaya kung nagiinarte ako sa paningin mo, niyo o sa iba dyan. Thank you. God bless. :)

Kaibigan ko.

Paniguradong mamimiss ko ang mga kaibigan ko paggraduate nila, nakakalungkot isipin na hindi pa kami nagkasabay sabay. Ilang mga bagay na mamimiss ko ay:

Pagkain ng balat at proben worth Php150 tuwing Friday kasama si Ma’am Irish sa Hotel. At minsan, nagkamay pa kami. :)
Pagtambay namin sa paboritong spot namin sa canteen. Ang malapit sa bookstore.
Paglalakad namin papuntang kanto at pagkain ng mais sa tapat ng Mercury.
Pagfoodtrip sa Joey Pepperoni kahit walang pera.
Pagtambay sa stage.
Pagkakairitahan, badtripan, inisan, pikunan na talaga namang nakakapagpatahimik sa barkada.
Tawanang walang humpay mula sa mga simple at mababaw na jokes.
Damayan kapag may problema.
Bigayan ng ulam. Haha.
Payabangan ng bolpen, inggitan.
Laughtrip, movietrip at foodtrip ang paborito naming trip.

Laging tinatanong sa’kin ni Kat, “Da, pano pag wala na kami dito sa Letran?” tahimik muna ako bago sumagot ng “Syempre mas gaganahan pa kong pumasok! Wala na kayo e.” Pero syempre, mahirap.

Para kaming isang pamilya, Mother-de-Pamilia si Ma’am Irish at ang Hotel o Hlab ang bahay namin.

Simple lang sila, hindi sila yun tipo ng mga tao na mahilig magpunta sa bar, hindi rin sila mahilig sa bisyo. Cool sila bilang sila at talaga naman nakakaenjoy kasama.

Magagawa ko pa kaya lahat ng yan na magisa? Di ko ma-imagine.

Kaya nga ngayon ay sinusulit ko na ang mga panahong magkakasama kami, kasi hindi sila nagpaparamdam kung walang pasok. Ganyan sila. Pero gayunpaman, mahal ko ang mga kaibigan ko. :)

Makipamuhay. Ginagawa ito ng estudyante ng Letran kada taon para ipadama sa bawat estudyante ang buhay na hindi masyadong biniyayaan. Required ito sa subject naming Sociology at Theology4. Walang estudyante ng Letran ang pwedeng hindi makaranas nito, dahil kung hindi, babagsak sya sa mga subject na yun.

Sa Sta. Maria, Brgy. Macasipac ako napunta. May partner akong hindi kilala, pero nakikisama nalang ako at yun mga kapitbahay namin na classmate ko din ay masaya ding kasama.

Pagdating namin sa Brgy. Macasipac, nagpakitang gilas ang mga bata bilang pang maligayang pagtanggap nila samin. :)

Pagkatapos ng tanghalian ay ang kamustahan. Nagpunta kami sa mga Host Family ng mga classmates namin. 3 oras kaming naglakad nito.

Second day, Saturday. Kailangan namin magpunta sa Brgy. Hall para magtree planting! Inaayos ko ang aking name tag niyan kaya ayan. :)

Tanghalian namin, kumain kami sa dahon ng saging. Ang saya, wala nang hiya hiya. :)

Kinagabihan ay kailangan naming magpa-palaro at magpakain sa mga taga Brgy. Macasipac.

Nagsimula na ang sayawan. Ginabi na at inambon pa pero tuloy pa rin.

Hanggang sa lumakas na ang ulan kaya’t naghanda nalang kami ng mga ipapakain sa mga mamamayan. Dahil walang nabiling paper plate at mga kubyertos, dito nalang sa dahon ng saging kami nagkamayan. :)

Kinagabihan, Barik time! Barik = Inom. Ayan, last night na kasi kaya sinusulit namin at nakipaginuman sa Host Family namin. Saya. :)

3rd day, Sunday. May maagang misa sa kapilya. Halos isang oras kaming naglakad papunta doon. At eto ang nakita namin habang naglalakad. Ang cute lang. Hehe.

At eto pa. :)

Nang matapos ang misa at ang espesyal na tanghalian na hinanda ng Host Family namin, paalamanan na. Kaya naman picture picture na with Nanay. :)

Naging maayos naman ang aming Makipamuhay. Hay.. Nangako kaming babalik ulit sa Brgy. Macasipac kapag may oras na kami. Sana nga matuloy dahil nami-miss ko na sila. Napakagandang experience nito.

Kahit siguro kailan basta kailangan ko ng malayang pamumuhay ay pupunta ako agad sa Macasipac. Napaka saya. :)

Movie Marathon

A true story that will test your faithfulness. Magnificent.

To quiet and clear. Has different twists which you can't figure out if you skipped any scenes. Kind of boring, but worth it in the end.

Full of love scenes, romantic comedy film with lessons too. Love story will always on the top of my list. :) Kudos!

Easy A. Comedy. Haha, but in a very very nice way. Because there's a lot of moral lessons you can get from this movie. There's a lot of funny lines here that can make you laugh so hard. If you can't get this movie, you don't have sense of humor. :P

Genius movie. You can learn about what's going on behind the Networking sites in this movie, you can know what's Mark Zuckerberg's had been through for Facebook. Watch this and listen carefully. :)

Very sad movie. But worth it. If you want to cry, go watch this movie. You'll never gonna hate this movie. Hachi was so cute. You're gonna love him.

I watched this movie with family, scary. More like the Orphan, but this is scarier than Orphan.

Frightening.

Every year, naglalagay ng ganito si Tatay sa taas ng bahay namin. Dati star lang, nakaugalian na. Akala ko nga hindi na ilalagay yun malaking star e, pero na-late lang pala dahil pinapaganda pa lalo ni Tatay.

Sobrang ngayon ko lang to napansin, bakit ganon? Napaka wala kong kwenta, lol. Ang ganda pala ng ginawa ni Tatay! Galing galing. :) Sana na-picture-an pa ng mas madami.

Sunday's best

Nagpunta kaming 88 Spa & Resort sa Bagong Kalsada, Calamba. Kala ko sakop sya ng LB e. Puro Korean bumibisita dito. May kamahalan ang aming nagastos pero sulit naman. Nakakabusog ang mga pagkain at nakakabusog din sa mata. Hehe, nagpunta kami dito para mag-observe sa Resort nila dahil ito ang napiling establishment para sa case study ng mga kaibigan ko. Take note, sabit lang ako. Lol

View mula sa Restaurant nila, maulan nun nakarating kami dito.

L-R Aillyn, Boga, Kat and Me. Nasayang lang ang pagblower ko bago umalis, kasi naman pagbaba ko ng jeep sabay buhos ng pagkalakas na ulan. Ayan, corny ng hair ko tuloy. Btw, kainan na! :) Ay oo nga pala, yang nasa table namin, mga side dish lang yan. Refillable yan, hehe. Di ko type kimchi.

Before. Inorder namin ay Beef Bulgogi and Sizzling Squid at Korean noodles pala na mapanlinlang. Sa una masarap, di mo namamalayan pawis na pawis ka na sa anghang. Hehe.

After. Haha, ang papait netong mga dahon dahon na to. Lol, di namin makain. :)) Sarap nilang lahat.

Di kami nagswimming ni Kat kaya nag-gala gala nalang kami. At eto ang nakita namin sa kadulu-duluhan ng resort. O diba bongga, kakaiba talaga. At infairness, pinapalaki pa nila lalo yun teritoryo nila kasi may under-construction site pa sa gilid na pagmamay-ari ng 88.

Ang cute din ng mga ice cream. Etong kinakain namin ay Ice Cream Fish, ang ice cream na gawa sa isda. Loljk. Vanilla ice cream sa gitna na may halong munggo. Di ko type yun munggo. Pero overall, masarap sya. :)

Cute neto, at dahil dun, naisip namin bumalik at overnight pa! Sos, doble gastos o triple pa. Pero ayos lang, sigurado namang masaya at kakaiba ang magiging experience namin dito e. Sana nga matuloy yun planong yun. :)

Na-culture shock nga pala kami dito, dahil habang nasa Women’s locker room kami ay may mga Koreana na bigla nalang naghuhubad. Haha, oh well, dun na kasi sila sanay.

Nagpunta ako ng school kahapon ng 2pm para pumasok sa klase ko na wala namang laging prof. At umalis sa school ng 6pm para naman mamili ng ingredients para sa gagawin namin entry para sa screening sa COP. Dumating ulit ako sa school ng 9pm, tapos walang dinner, dire-diretso hanggang 4am. At nakauwi ng bahay ng 4:30am.

Nakuha ko na ang inorder kong contact lens na may gradong 1.25 sa kaliwang mata at 2.25 naman sa kanan. Hindi na ko sanay magsuot ng contact lens, pakiramdam ko kasi lagi may muta ako. Haha, pero kailangan. Nagpapasalamat naman ako dahil malinaw na mata ko pag may suot na ganto. Nagsisisi na kong naging pasaway dati kaya lumabo ang mga mata ko. Hay life.

Pagibig nga ba?

Meron akong gustong ipost kaso nawala naman sa isip ko.

After ilang minutes..

Okay naalala ko na. Hm, kasi pag ako’y nagta-tumblr, palaging nakikita ko mga kilig moments, may mga tips kung paano manligaw, tips kung paano ka magugustohan ng gusto mo, tips kung paano makakatagal ang relasyon niyo pati compatibility meron din. At syempre meron yun para sa mga nasasaktan, nasaktan at nag-aaral pang makalimot sa nakaraan.

Naisip ko pa lang, pag nakakakita ako ng mga typography atsaka mga post na kesyo nai-inlove sila, na namomroblema sila dahil hindi sila mapansin ng crush nila.. Pag ganun, naiisip ko na parang ang tanda ko na para sa mga ganyan.

Hindi ko alam kung sa edad ko, o sa mentalidad ko o dahil sa nararanasan ko ngayon kaya medyo aloof ako sa salitang “pag-ibig.”

Hindi ko na rin inaalam kung masama ba yun o mabuti para sakin. Siguro sinadya lang siguro na medyo umiwas muna ako sa mga ganyan.

Tama. Nasa isip ko’y magpahinga na muna, pero sa gilid ng isip ko.. “Depende din kung may spark na nakita.”

Nitong mga nakaraang araw, inirereto ako ng bestfriend ko sa mga kilala niyang single. Pero syempre alam niya taste ko kaya alam niya kung sinong papatulan ko.

Sa lahat ng nireto niya at nireto ng BF niya saken, wala akong napatulan kahit sino. Konting text oo pero yun magpapakilala, sharing of thoughts at kiligan portion? Naku, parang pakiramdam ko’y tinatamad na ko sa ganon, siguro kasi walang spark dun.

Hehe, parang ang tanda ko na talaga magsalita ngayon.

Ngayon alam ko na kung bakit may mga taong takot magmahal, mga taong pass muna pagdating sa pagibig, mga taong hirap na hirap magtiwala at ibigay lahat ng pagmamahal nila. Naiintindihan ko na din kung bakit may mga taong mas mahal ang pride o ego nila kesa sa girlfriend o boyfriend nila.

Naiintindihan ko na din kung bakit may mga magkaparehas na hindi nila matukoy kung ano bang meron sila.

Kasi sa totoo lang, kahit anong pilit siguro ng isang tao na alamin kung may relasyon nga ba ang dalawang tao, hindi yun masasagot ng ganun kadali, basta’t alam nila na masaya sila sa isa’t isa.

Pero kaya rin siguro hindi nila masabing girlfriend o boyfriend nila ito ay dahil sa hindi pa sila kuntento o takot pa silang pumasok sa isang seryosong relasyon o kaya takot silang isugal ang kung anong meron sa kanila ngayon.

Pag-ibig nga naman. Ang daming pasikot sikot. Hindi mo alam kung saan ka lulusot at kung saan ka madadalian.

Pero ang totoo, walang madali sa pagmamahal.

Pag-ibig na nga siguro ang pinakamasarap na pakiramdam at pinaka madaling ibigay sa lahat. Pero ito din ang pinakamahirap ipagkatiwala at pinakamasakit sa lahat.

Etong post ay walang kinalaman sa kung ano mang nangyayari sakin ngayon. Naisip ko lang. Masaya ko sa lahat ng mga kaibigan ko na masaya ang buhay pagibig nila ngayon, pero yun nga lang, ayokong masyadong makipagkwentuhan tungkol dun. Hindi naman sa bitter, kasi hindi naman ako galit sa “pag-ibig” na yan e. Kumbaga parang nagbakasyon lang, time out muna.

Madami pa ring bagay ang mas kailangan tuunan ng pansin kaysa maghanap ng pampanakip butas.

Nakakapagod ding magmahal. Pero hindi ko sinasarado ang puso ko sa lahat ng bagay na pwedeng mangyari.

At ngayon, nasa panahon ako ng pagsasanay sa sarili ko na wala na yung taong special.

Parang matagal na panahon pa bago ako magmahal ulit, siguro dahil sa sobrang sakit ng naranasan ko ngayon sa pagibig na yan. Pero syempre, isa dun ay ayoko munang magmahal kung may sakit pa kong nararamdaman. Dahil iniipon o tinatanim ko ulit ang pagmamahal na kaya kong ibigay na noon ay nasayang lang.

Kaya para sa right one ko, hintay ka lang. :)
